Contacts

Welcome to our tutorial on managing your customer contacts. Customer contacts allow you to utilize our advanced Customer Management System features, such as newsletters, to reach both new and existing clients. Whether you are reviewing email addresses your clients have given you through a contact us form, or importing a contact list from another source, this section will assist you in adding those email addresses to the system. This section will show you how manually add contacts to your system, assign them to a specific contact group or email campaign, and how to import or export your contact list. To begin click the arrow next to a topic below and our visual guide will appear. To advance to the next step simply click the next button inside the appropriate box.

  • Click New Contact.
  • The new contact window will open.
  • Fill out any information you can (* fields are required). One important note is that setting Contact Type to Employee will enable the new contact for use with Appointment Forms.
  • When you're finished, click Save.

  • Check the box next to the contact(s) you would like to add to the group.
  • Click Add to Contact Group.
  • Select the group you would like to add to, then click Add to Contact Group.

For more information about Campaigns, visit the Campaigns and Email Templates page.

  • Check the box next to the contact(s) you would like to add to the campaign. You can add up to 1000 contacts for a single campaign.
  • Click Add to Campaign.
  • Select the campaign you would like to add to, then click Add to Campaign.
  • Click Export Contacts.
  • Choose the File Type you would like to use, then click Export.
  • Click Import Contacts.
  • Choose the File Type you would like to use. If you do not have a file already, you can click Download Sample File to get a 4.0 csv file.
  • Click Choose File, then navigate your computer to find the desired file and select it.
  • Click Import
