  • From the Tools menu, select Web Site Analyzer.
  • Click Generate New Report.
  • After a few minutes, refresh the page. Do this until the Status for the new report shows as Complete.
  • Click the Date/Time for the new report.
  • The links and images used on your site will all be listed in the report. The links with the status Not Found are the ones that will need to be fixed. For more information, click the link itself. A window will open, that will tell you which page the broken link is on. Usually these errors will be triggered by an image or background that was deleted from the File Manager without being removed from the page. The other common problem is if you have created a link to one of your pages and then change the filename of the page the link goes to.
  • From the Tools menu, select Social Media Status Updates.
  • Click Connect to a Social Media Account.
  • Choose the type of Social Media Account you would like to use.
  • Login with the credentials of your chosen social media account.
  • From the Tools menu, select Social Media Status Updates.
  • Check the box for each account you would like to post to.
  • Enter a Status Update/Post for your Social Media Accounts and click Submit.
  • From the Tools menu, select Web Site Restore.
  • A restore point is automatically created the first time you login to the site each day. You can create an additional point by clicking the Create New button.
  • From the Tools menu, select Web Site Restore.
  • Check the box next to the restore point you would like to use.
  • Click Restore.
